Elizabeth Taylor se someterá a operación del corazón

La legendaria hollywoodense Elizabeth Taylor ha informado a través de su cuenta de Twitter que está a punto de ir al hospital para someterse a una cirugía del corazón.
“Cualquier oración que tengan por ahí, sinceramente las apreciaría muchisímo. LEs haré saber cuando tdo termine. Amor, Elizabeth,” escribó la actriz de 77 años éste martes en Twitter.
Ese mensaje fue precedido por otros dos:
• “Queridos amigos, me gustaría hacerles saber antes de que llegue a la prensa que voy al hospital para someterme a un procedimiento en mi corazón”.
• “Es muy nuevo [el procedimiento] y consiste en la reparación de mi válvula defectuosa utilizando un dispositivo de clip, sin necesidad de cirugía a corazón abierto, de modo que mi corazón funcione mejor”.
Taylor no dijo el día exacto en que ocurriría la operación.
